Betty Baker Blog Maker is a completely and utterly hopeless nerd, and that is obviously not her real name. Ever since childhood, she’s held an obsession with literature, specifically fantasy, and as an adult saves pages of recipe ideas from various books that she’s picked up.

A Southern California native, she has spent time abroad around the eastern hemisphere, and traveled extensively around the country, her two favourite cities being Boston and New Orleans.

After joining WW and finding out about her husband’s diagnoses of Celiac Disease, she decided to put out a gluten-free, WW friendly food Instagram, which became this website, for everyone to enjoy. She and her husband and daughter live in Southern California with their two ridiculous felines, where she enjoys a career as an artist.
